From October 9 to 11, 2026, Forcoli, in the municipality of Palaia, will host the 40th Forcoli Truffle Exhibition and Market, an event that has celebrated truffles and the territory’s food and wine excellence for forty years.
The event will take place at the Centro Nuova Primavera in Forcoli (Pisa) and will accompany the public through three days dedicated to local flavors and traditions.
The protagonist will naturally be the truffle, accompanied by porcini mushrooms and a selection of typical local products, including wine, oil, and cheeses. The event also features food stands, tastings, initiatives, entertainment, and live music, offering the opportunity to get to know and savor the products that characterize this part of Tuscany.
Among the events related to the Exhibition and Market is the traditional Tartufo d’Oro, an award given to a Tuscan personality who has distinguished themselves in sports, culture, or the promotion of the territory.
The 40th edition thus represents an important milestone for an event that continues to enhance the link between product, territory, and tradition.
